Prof. Zhenqi Hu

Biography:

Zhenqi Hu is a professor and doctoral supervisor. His main research interests include land reclamation and ecological reconstruction, mine geo-environmental management, utilization and management of land resources, and mine surveying. He is responsible for participating in 3 National 863 projects, 2 National Support Program projects and projects, 3 international cooperation projects, 6 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects, and 2 Ministry of Land and Resources (MLR) public welfare industry scientific research special projects. He has published more than 10 academic monographs, and edited 6 textbooks. He has published more than 300 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals and international conferences, and supervised more than 100 post-doctoral graduates, PhDs, and masters.

Prof. Tingshan Zhang

Biography:

Dr. Zhang Tingshan, born in 1961, graduated from the Department of Geology of Nanjing University, is now a professor and doctoral supervisor at Southwest Petroleum University, and a visiting scholar at the University of Colorado and the University of Nebraska. He is mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research in paleoecology, sedimentology, reservoir geology and unconventional oil and gas geology. He is currently a member of the Chinese Paleontological Society, a member of the Sedimentation Committee of the Chinese Sedimentological Society/Chinese Geological Society, a member of the International Society of Geochemistry and the European Society of Geochemistry, a visiting professor of Guizhou Polytechnic Institute, an expert of the Sichuan Emergency Response Department for seismic emergency response, a director of the Sichuan Tourism Association, a member of the editorial boards of Journal of Sedimentation and J.of Palaeogeography, an expert of the Sichuan Province Mining Industry, and a registered professor of the Mining and Mineralogical Research and Exploration Program. Professor-level Registered Consultant of Census and Exploration, etc.. He has published more than 100 papers and 5 monographs and translations. He has been awarded the Teacher's Virtue Pioneer of Sichuan Province, the Second Youth Geological Science and Technology Achievement Award of Sichuan Province, the Science and Technology Progress Award of Sichuan Province, the Outstanding Youth Science and Technology Award of the Sun Yueqi Educational Fund of the China Science and Technology Development Foundation, and the Nomination Award of the Ten Outstanding Young People of Sichuan Province.
